I absolutely love this gym. The Staff are always friendly and courteous. It not a big gym by any means, but the thought of feeling like Family is worth every penny.

Crunch in Upland... Many of my family members are, members and I am glad to be one. Go everyday it's never dirty. The staff have been helpful and welcoming as the members seem to be. Love the entertainment even though I keep my Bluetooth streaming with music, they have music and TV with multiple channels and the option to change them. Satisfied member. Can't wait to get in later for my routine. Go CRUNCH.
