This gym has everything I pretty much need and the people are friendly!
I highly recommend this place. I had my training session with Margot she is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly! She designs workout to fit my goals and needs.
So far it was a nice experience the zumba class was good. Everybody seems to be really nice. I live in Rancho Cucamonga but the classes are earlier in Upland plus they also have a zumba class on Sundays.
Brian was awesome helped us a lot very nice place.

Pretty good location. Clean, well equipped & friendly staff. Same layout as Placentia but better selection of equipment.
