Very clean gym, machines always working and don't have to worry about people on phones wasting time. .. that's why I left 24 hour fitness. Staff is on task with guests and make sure they speak to you . Great place....

I've never liked gyms. The instructors seem to be more interested in their own personal status than the customer that is paying for their service. Today I started therapy with a trainer and it was a surprise to me to see one on one interaction and informative feedback. No criticism. Good coach good atmosphere great equipment good counseling. Love this Gym - STAFF IS AWESOME.... I have to tell you I have horrible anxiety after getting out of a long mentally abusive relationship- the Staff here is so friendly and it really helps . I try to go alone a few times a week to get myself mentally stronger and I usually freak in about 30 minutes but im sure I will continue to improve .. Thanks for having such great people working for you.. :)x1000
Crunch has a great staff and very friendly! I love taking Vivan Zumba class because it's so much fun and I look forward to her class every week!! Beth tells you how it is and encourages you to challenge yourself and reach your goals because it's all about yourself! She has a great Chisel and Tai kickboxing class! You pay a little extra for the WOW class, but it's worth it! Lisa is so energetic and she keeps us moving and she's always changing it up to help us achieve our goals.
