As an out of town guest I have to say it was an overall great experience. The place is clean and everyone is really friendly, including the other patrons. The place is a little tight on space but every inch of space is put to good use. I like the simplicity of all the equipment. I enjoyed the elliptical machine though I wish the timer would allow for longer workouts as it kicks you off after 30 minutes. The staff make you feel like family. Wonderful customer service. Tasha is very knowledgeable helpful and goes beyond to make sure your the gym has what you need.
Comfortable work out atmosphere. Lots of equipment. Not overly crowded. My new love is the aqua classes.
