First time going. Was in California on vacation and they only charged us 5 bucks for a day pass. Clean gym and a lot of equipment to try out as well as free weights and dumb bell selections !
It's a great gym nice and clean and easy to get to machines
Usually go in the AM no crowds and quick turn around on the gear. Only gripe I have is the members that go at that time seem to not understand the concept of reracking their weights.
Christina is such a helpful and gracious general manager. I had asked for help with my workout techniques and she thoroughly went over what was the best type of exercise program I should do. The yoga classes are excellent and the personal trainers rock. This is the best gym I have ever been to. No judgement.

Very clean, open when I need it to be, excellent machine selection and helpful staff. Good amount of free weights, plus heavy bags, obstacle corner and a weight sled... a warrior gym, not a social hangout. After belonging to other clubs, and after a few years here, this one's for me.
Crunch in Lake Forest is an excellent place to get your workout in... lots of space and machines/free weights to use. I usually get to visit 2-3 times per week after dinner unless traveling for work. Restroom and showers always clean! �
