The gym is fine. It’s the management that will make me never sign up with a gym again. Randomly got a collections letter without being notified i was pass due for the gym membership I never used. It would have been nice to get a letter in the mail before they gave my information over to a law firm. It’s unfortunate that you can’t even trust a company to send out a single letter when they were completely capable of sending you coupons to sign up month after month. So disappointing.

I'll never return to this location. They treat the members like crap. The MOD yesterday at 10:30/11:00 AM was nasty and unprofessional. I went and cancelled my membership because of this. I have a peak membership at the lakewood facility which also gives me peak membership here but they rudely said that's not true. Whatever I'm done with you. Your coming outside after we left to rib us was also unnecessary. I hope more people cancel their memberships.
