No!!! Bad customer service and they care about the members 😡😡😡
The manager is a rude disrespectful little man that has zero care about the members in that gym. I cancelled my membership so did my wife, daughter and 3 of my friends all left and he said if any of my friends wanted to cancel he would gladly do that cause he could careless. What a sad little man And what a sad company that would let a manager talk to the members like that. PLANET FITNESS HERE I COME AND THEY ARE CHEAPER WITH MORE AMENITIES AND TREAT THEIR MEMBERS RIGHT
The staff here are great. Tons of options for weights and machines. They have an awesome cardio section and the machines are always available.
I love all the staff members and personal training over there Howe and Hurley way. They have Zumba classes and other hard core classes as well. It's fun too go with my co-workers and friends as well. I would rate it 5 stars.
Clean and peaceful. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.
