It's nice to be able to workout and not be hit on.friendly staff. Clean.
Very frustrating!!! They have no problem taking my money over the phone, but won't put a hold on my membership unless I go into the gym to get it done.
I cancelled last month, 10 days prior to my payment date and was told that I would only be charged for 40 for the yearly fees and now was just charged for the month. Of course, listen to reviews people. When you cancel they'll still charge you even when they say they won't. They were rude on the phone, even said it was their fault but won't refund me and I'm sure I'll be charged next month. That's why I'm at planet fitness now.
Very good gym I highly recommend it, always clean, plays good music, great customer service
