ITS A GREAT GYM !!!! never had problems with my work outs... super nice staffs. its the only place I like to work out in town. IESHA is my FAVORITE STAFF and Inga is the BEST!!
Great place to go get fit, staff is super friendly, lots of weights and machines so no matter how busy it gets I can still hit all the areas I need to, you want to get fit crunch is where it's at

Don't give ANY Cruch Gym your credit card or debit card. They give you a hassle when cancelling, even when moving out of state. They charged me $10 to cancel and then continued to fraudulently charge my credit card saying the membership was only put on hold evenm though I have the receipt. These people make lots of money using this method of fraud.
I have been working out at Crunch fitness for three months, and the atmosphere is Amazing!!! The staff are always friendly and give the best Motivation!! The gym has updated equipment, the Club is always clean :) I Love It!!! <3 Everyone should work out at Crunch. They make singing up easy.
I will never rejoin this gym again due to the experience I had with the owner Connie. I had to jump through hoops to cancel personal training three months ago. Yesterday realized they are still charging my card hundreds of dollars. Went to talk to Connie and asked her to call me today to verify it's handled and she has not. Tired of dealing with her and this rat trap. Next stop Visa dispute department.
Horrible gym - dirty, broken equipment. Owners/managers give a lot of aggravation and hassle over canceling a membership. Don't waste your money or time here if you are serious about fitness.
