They are shady and make it impossible to cancel your membership. Good luck. I would recommend staying far, far away from that gym and go with a more professional gym like 24 hour or LA Fitness.

The staff always acknowledges you when you come in or out the front door of the gym. Very clean place. You always see someone sanitizing or cleaning with a smile!
I am so thankful for Crunch -Hemet! Everyone there are friendly, and motivated to work out! The trainers work with your needs, and they are genuinely excited with you, when you get your results on weigh-in day. At crunch, you feel friends or family, not like its a business. And for the first time, I am EXCITED, and can't wait to go to the gym! Thank you, Crunch -Hemet, for everything!
after about ten attempts ..finally was called back by the manager or the owner or whatever she is ..she was so rude to the point where i had to hang up ..
It's 5:20! Why are you open? Thought you opened at 5am? It's not a holiday!
