First off, huge shout out to Ieshia as she is the ONLY reason why I am still a Crunch Hemet customer today. She is truly the only strong point at this establishment. With that said, the gym itself is very "basic ". You get what you pay for and it would be worth it were it not for the questionable business model. Really Crunch Hemet? Undisclosed membership rules and collection letters from law offices? That's how you treat your customer base. How about just sending out good faith rmembership renewal emails. Horrible, classes are great w fabulous instructors, yet bosses are crappy, no customer service....music sucks n is too loud
