RecommendedThis location is great and all, but several days ago I saw the manager helping clean the floors. Not just cleaning to do the job, but actually detail cleaning. The staff cares, and it shows. The gym even smells good?! Their friendliness goes a long way too.

they haven't fixed their equipment. I've reminded them 3 times and in 2 cases it's been over a year, yet they charge us $50 annually for equipment upgrades.
You cannot get any customer service at all! They take your money and then run! When you try to cancel a personal training service, there doesn’t seem to be anyone who knows how to handle it yet they keeping charging your card! Bet unprofessional!! They are CROOKS!!
I love the classes and equipment but I’m truly disappointed in the woman’s sauna. I have been a member for a few years now and it has always barely worked. I was told that during the big renovation they would fix it but I think it is broken down more now. The sauna is my after workout treat to myself and it’s so disappointing that they can’t get it working. The manager keeps giving me the run around about it. I feel like I’m not being heard.
