I have no issues with this gym or any of its amenities/equipment. My issues were mostly with staff being abrasive. I cancelled my membership mainly because it’s too far of a drive for me when I have a gym in my apartment complex and prefer going on walks/jogs anyways. When I went to cancel my membership one of the staff members said “You don’t use your apartment gym either”......that was rude and not everyone likes being “joked around” with like that. Poor mgmt. don’t think they really care about members. The only benefit of this gym over similar ones was the sauna and the redesign has left it worse instead of better so this is no longer a retaining factor. It’s incredibly crowded all the time, so make sure you time your workout or you’ll be waiting for every machine you need unless it’s a treadmill.
