Fire all employees from the top down. Bring in competent people that get trained properly and actually knows the company policies. I also don't understand how the GMs never talks to members when they royally mess up. It's always a phone call the next day....if they even call.
RecommendedI just started crunch fitness & met up with the trainer anthony, he is great & we got on a schedule for once a week to start off & he motivates me and pushes me and in a trainer that's what I need! totally recommend him ! love the gym & the very clean and friendly childcare! cant wait to see results in a few months!😊👍👍

Nope , I was a member . They ( Johnny and Fred ) ended up charging me for things that I didn’t agree to . And they cancelled my membership because I gave them a unsatisfactory yelp review . Lol . It would have been very easy for them to fix what they screwed up . But they decided that it was more important for a few hundred dollars to treat people wrong .
