Good gym. It has all I need and more. My trainer Matt Lowery has made a huge difference. I have shoulder and lower back issues. He has strengthened and improved my range of motion and the exercises he has taught me have eliminated my back pain (when I do them). I highly recommend him, especially if you have a broken body like me

RecommendedManager Mike and staff member Mitchell are AMAZING. Parking can be tricky and I was literally lost in the parking garage. Mitchell actually came out, found me and navigated me to the entrance of the gym. This gym is like the Taj Mahal of Crunches!!! You feel like you are working out in the penthouse suite. Manager Mike is so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere he creates is one of fun, fitness and family! I LOVE this location. ❤️❤️❤️🏋️♀️
Lonnie is one of the BEST trainers at Crunch! Every time I go in he motivates to push myself more.
Crunch is a great gym - clean and good equipment. The staff are friendly and Lonnie is the best personal trainer!
I love this location! If you're looking for a personal trainer, I would recommend Lonnie! He motivates me towards my goals every session and also is a great dancer :)
