There are a lot of free weights and it's almost never too packed to get a decent workout in. It's fairly clean and the price for the base membership is very competitive. I haven't done any classes or had personal training sessions, so I can't speak to those aspects.
I enjoy this gym. I always leave in a better mood. I could ask them to clean a little more but overall great place.
You can't beat the hours. The equipment is quality. Staff is young and motivated (for the most part).. I bring a guest at no charge.. love it. Multicultural gym! The atmosphere has changed a great deal from aussie fit.
Crunch Fitness is totally awesome. Great friendly feel and the staff is amazing as well which makes the experience that much better. 24 hour access makes it impossible to not reach your fitness goals. Crunch totally ROCKS!!!
