RecommendedI’ve been at this gym for a year now (whenever I can go, that is!), and they are VERY affordable, have AMAZING classes, INSPIRING instructors, and GREAT perks! Their HydroMassage is SO relaxing after a hard workout, bringing a guest is awesome, and their daily/monthly events are great too. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME, THEY NEVER DID. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES DURING THE DAY OVER A PERIOD OF TIME AND MANAGEMENT WAS NEVER THERE! WHEN I GOT FRUSTRATED AND CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP, THEY SCREENED MY NUMBER AND HAVE NOW TURNED OFF THEIR PHONES STATING THEY ARE CLOSED. WORST SERVICE EVER AND WE SIGNED UP FOR TWO OF THE $30/MONTH MEMBERSHIPS FOR OUR FAMILY TO BE ABLE TO WORK OUT TOGETHER!
After termination of my account in July someone “forgot” to update that information in their billing information and now they turned me in to a collection agency due to their negligence. I have reached out to Patrick to fix this and hope it is fixed quickly this is my credit on the line because they messed up!
