Had 3 days of great lifting! Staff was very friendly!
I am utterly disappointed in the way things are being handle with the zumba class.. You have one amazing instructor and she cannot help that... We come because we love the way she teaches.. I have been to the other instructor class as well but it's a waste of time personally .. I come to burn calories and to have my happy hour and Miss Jonika gives just that.. Amazing staff! When signing up, Connor gave us a tour of the facility & was very personable. The classes they offer are easy to get addicted to, but in a good way. Rylen was very easy going & didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking so many questions. We had an hour long session with Mims, a personal trainer. I was shocked when he genuinely cared about my goals & even during the session, remembered exactly what I'd said. His enthusiasm made me wish we had more than an hour. I love the fact that facility is 24 hrs!!! Super plus, especially since me and my family are coming from the YMCA(where their facilities don't open till 5:30am)!!! The down side is that the customer service isn't necessarily the GREATEST. I'm normally there at 4:30/5:00am & the staff on that shift lacks basic skills such as common courtesy like; when someone says "thank you", you should say "you're welcome" when someone says "good morning" it would be nice to say it back! I really like Crunch they have everything. For the money I cant beat it, wish they had one in Youngstown,Ohio!
Morning shift with Calvin and James are awesome! They keep the place clean and organized!
Ok gym, good amount of equipment, and everything you can really need. For some reason it just seems very dingy, maybe it's the old building, who knows. A little too busy for my taste, and I've tried going at different times. But really, for $10 a month, what complaints can you really have?
