Nice new equipment, good vibe and clean. Friendly staff and although I haven't tried the classes I've heard they are great! Will be tring them soon.
After many different gym memberships I have found the BEST gym for my needs! Crunch has the BEST classes! Belly, butt, & thigh bootcamp is a great workout! Michelle the instructor is AWESOME!!!!
I really like this gym. It's clean. Not too loud. I haven't seen broken equipment. The trainer was the most knowledgeable I've ever had... Not just someone giving me a tour. The bad: I hate taking a cold shower after a workout, but it happens frequently here. I am there in the morning. It's not crowded so I don't understand the inability to provide warm water. And I'd like more bench space in the locker room.
These 5 stars go to the manager Sarah. I had an important personal issue causing me to change the status of my current membership. Sarah C. fully helped me and did it courteously, professionally, and kind. She knew a solution of customer service needed to be met and she met it (unlike one of the staff members that wasn't hearing one thing I said). So happy Sarah heard and solved my customer service issue. Thanks again!
I love love love this gym. My only complaint is that the tanning booths are never cleaned. I can give specific details of stains and garbage in them that have been in the exact same spot the months that I've been tanning. Gross enough to not take my shoes off � Other than that, love it!
