The staff are amazing! All of them are friendly and helpful. All are working, not sitting on the counters playing with their phones like P Fitness. Amanda is amazing and really gets you to go the extra mile. Seth is very encouraging and a positive trainer. I love it there.
I like the gym. Nice atmosphere and I like to watch the TV while using the treadmill. The only thing I do not like is when they start up with the loud music. It gives me a headache and I can't hear anything else. It's usually my cue to leave.
I joined Crunch this past January. At first, I was working out approximately 2x a week. Just 7 months later, I come to the gym almost every day. I am ALWAYS greeted with a smiling face at the front desk (some of the staff even say hello to me by name!), love the diversity of the classes and have enjoyed every one I have taken, appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and absolutely love the positive energy of all of the instructors and the people who come to this gym. would be great if space were larger, but this is one of the cleanest, friendliest, diveresed, non judgemental, gyms I've ever joined.
