Crunch Poughkeepsie is awesome. The people that work there are both very friendly and extremely helpful. I go pretty much every day and will continue to do so.
My wife and I were at Crunch for the free day and were really impressed. Didn't want to make a snap decision, so we went home to talk about it. We got home and got some info from a friend who is in this type of business. We asked a few questions. Never got an answer. Told we should address their membership director and yet to hear from that person. One of the questions was what is the difference between annual fee and the enrollment fee. I belonged to another local gym for 10 years prior to becoming a member at Crunch when it first opened. I love the classes, the cardio equipment and the staff. I have been able to get a much more challenging workout due to the variety of classes and instructors then I have in the past. So glad I made the switch!
I Love Crunch especially Sara and Amanda .... I have never felt better !!! The classes are Amazing ,the staff is excellent ,clean and fun ...I always leave feeling great - thank you !!!! <3
