RecommendedI really enjoy the classes ! The staff is very friendly and helpful . The space is perfect 🏼 mornings are busy but evenings are more relaxed if you are shy ☺️
Everyone is so encouraging and really pushes you
The gym is filthy. The upstairs bathroom has had blood in it for two days. The toilet and floors are unusable.
I’ve cancelled my membership 4 x now. Each time going into the location and being told it was cancelled and each time being assured a manager would call me back about a refund for charging me after canceling months before. Nothing every happened! I just noticed ANOTHER monthly charge!!! Called again and was told the manager is not available but it doesn’t appear my membership has ever been cancelled! NOTE: it appears the yahoos at the location CANT actually cancel your membership, you have to email Info@crunchmemberservices.... read more
I do love all the brand new stuff they have is awesome...
This place is very friendly and Motivating
It’s really gone down hill since I joined . There’s no body around when you come in and you have to wait to get assistance when they finally show up. I’m just there for the machines & weights, nothing else seems to be worth it.
