This place is a joke! Sierra at the front desk is extremely rude! Telling a paying customer multiple times to "lose the tud" is unacceptable and unprofessional! She should not be allowed to work with customers ever!

I’m so glad crunch took over. The people are amazing. The gym is updated. I can get on a stair stepper ever time I’ve been in.
There are so many people (paying members) dealing with medical conditions that rely on using the pool to help them keep body moving. Pool continues to be ice cold, closed, always a issue with steam room, hot tub and pool. Most staff careless What they do not realize It is members payment that keeps doors open, lights on and a paycheck in their pocket.
this is a great gym with all the right equipment and it's laid out and spaced-out just right. friendly staff definitely a great place to train
they haven't fixed their equipment. I've reminded them 3 times and in 2 cases it's been over a year, yet they charge us $50 annually for equipment upgrades.
They don’t honor their hours and the staff is rude!
