Came in to sign up, was told to sit in a chair by an Office door and someone would help me. After 20 mins of waiting and watching who I think was the manager and another coworker toss a football around, while the front Desk girl forgets I exist - I left. Literally trying to give yall my money but no one seemed to care!
RecommendedLove the new equipment and the assistance from Danielle Valpey. She presented all the classes and pt packages, but was not pushy.
I was doing personal training here and fell into some financial difficulties right before they charged me 220 dollars. I went in to talk to them to see if I could cancel it since I hadn't used the sessions I was charged for. We cancelled it and they "put in a request" for the refund. It has been 2 months now and I still haven't heard back. Whenever I call they either take a message and never call me back, or they blame the delayed refund on the district manager. I have been going to crunch for almost two years now. it has been my happy place.:) the staff has been so friendly and helpful..danielle valpey has her club and staff running like a well oiled machine..always positive friendly and welcoming .. I look forward to my morning workouts!
Danielle Valpey helped us get the right plan in place. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. She does a great job.

Despite written and verbal confirmation from Crunch employees they failed to cancel our membership resulting in money owed. The district manager is now unresponsive. This gym is a liability to our community.
