Somehow have a membership here with no signature contract ever signed, and have been charged September and October. Never have I stepped foot into this facility and will consider a class action suit if this isn’t settled, as they do not have my signature on file to support their charges and I’ve been messaging their direct management to no prevail. I do not recommend them one bit, especially a gym that does shady business deals that are the slightest bit legal.
Do not join this gym. Terrible business practices. They bought my membership from Giant Fitness Delran, which closed permanently due to Covid-19 situation. Crunch fitness gave ABSOLUTELY NO notice of that they were taking over my membership, and began billing my credit card unauthorized. Crunch fitness makes it very difficult to cancel your membership by requiring you come in person during very limited hours or by certified letter and would not honor a refund for the fraudulent charges to my account. COMPLETE SCAM

Great gym, low key, just what you need for all your fitness wants. Inexpensive and for me it’s very close to home.
Tons of equipment, everything you will need to take your training to another level and the team is AMAZING!
I became a member of this location when it first opened & due to the price steadily increasing each month with no explanation I decided to cancel my membership. I went into the gym on 4 separate occasions on my way to and from work to cancel and each time was told there was no manager on duty to cancel, I would have to come back. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't cancel over the phone. I eventually had to cancel my card so that they would stop charging me
Cancel memberships immediately, when requested by members, or allow staff the ability to cancel memberships. Better overall business practices and better management would go a long way. This location sucks. If you like struggling gyms...with semi-decent equipment you'l love Crunch.
