Great classes that make fitness fun! Love this gym!
This is the 2nd time I'm sitting out front and the employee didn't show up yet. It's 5:50am. This is not good for the group of people I'm sitting with in the parking lot.
Not at all happy with the customer service I have NOT received today; due to open at 5 AM opened at 6:29 AM. I had emailed their corporate offices every 15 minutes while I was in the parking lot this morning. Additionally left my information with Steve the general manager as I was leaving this morning 8:15 AM after my very brief work out its now 5 PM with no return calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This has been an ongoing issue with their morning employees NOT being there at 5 AM.
Always helpful,clean lots to choose from and for now it's not too packed even at the 5p rush. Glad I joined
