To tell the truth, I really liked this gym at one point. My wife has been a member here for 7 months now, this place has always been clean, and the staff courteous. My entire outlook changed for this gym in my first visit after the new year, due to the gym changing policies on my wife’s membership, and giving her no prior notice of such changes, and then on top of that a staff member by the name of jorge, had a serious superiority complex wanted to enforce a standing policy for guests...which in turn just made an already ten... read more
Drove here this morning and it was closed? Waited until 5:20 am with 10 or so other cars until I left since I have to be to work early. Missed my morning workout which is the only time I have to do it. I love the gym, but you guys need to get it together. One of your employees dropped the ball and a lot of people suffered from it this morning. Hopefully this was a lone incident, and hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.
This gym is a very friendly environment with plenty of machines that are spotless.
