I came to this location with a classpass reservation and they wouldn't let me in since it wasn't 15 minutes before the scheduled open gym time. The whole point of open gym is to be able to come in and workout when it is convenient to you. I have not had problems with other locations. However, the Union Square Crunch staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The gym was empty but they wouldn't let me in to workout since it wasn't my scheduled time. I came to this location and the attendant Paul, couldn't get off the company's phone because his time and his private life argument over the phone was very important to him. I had to interrupt him to get the info. He answer was I'm a facility manager not a membership advisor and hang up the phone and walked away.

I would give no stars if I could. I really don't like this location. I try to avoid it as much as possible, but I work 2 blocks away and sometimes I just need to come here because of time management. The employees at this location (from the management to personal training to the cleaning staff) are so rude and unprofessional. The space and equipment is not well maintained. Please read your membership contract carefully. The fine print states that once your membership is over, they will still charge you a monthly fee unless you terminate your membership in person. I was not told this and I was still being charged months after my one year membership was over. I confronted them with this and they couldn't care less....very unsympathetic. Very sneaky on thier part.
