The worst customer service EVER. I needed a refund for unused passes that I purchased right before the pandemic, but I cannot even reach anyone who can help me! Crunch has not gotten back to me after FIVE attempts. The past and current manager have proven how little they value their customers. I was directed to the manager's email after calling multiple times, as he was never "in the office" when I called... RecommendedState of the art equipment. Friendly personal, I have been a member for years and do recommend it.
Love the old school vibe on the lower level, different types of machines so your routine will never be boring. This is is my first time coming here and I enjoyed myself. I usually go to 59th but I needed a change and I am not disappointed!

I am new here and I love it so much more then my old planet fitness. However, I appreciate the want to help me but I CAN NOT AFFORD THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR TRAINING. PLEASE STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT PERSONAL TRAINING. thank you. ���
