I wish there was a way to have sauna turned on all the time or to have staff trained to turn it on with no problem (female staff working in the locker room)

Nice place with a good diversity of equipment. As a person from out of town I was a little dissatisfied with the 1 Day Pass being $38 at this location and during my last visit at another Crunch location it was $20. Not sure what the deal is with this. $20, I see a decent value... $38, not so much.
Crunch is my home away from home. With a hectic lifestyle here in NYC, working out at Crunch is a necessity to re-energize me!
Dear Crunch Fitness. I nearly lost my scalp using a defective hairdryer at the Union Square 4th Avenue location today at 12:45 or so. No cap on the back and it sucked in a huge chunk of hair. Luckily I was able to turn it off before it ate all the way up to my head, and another woman rushed in to help rip my hair out of the motor. Otherwise, the gym is fine. But be happy you don't have a very injured customer on your hands. Thanks for the trendy haircut (not).
THE BEST LOCATION OF CRUNCH IN NYC !! Everyone is super friendly and the instructors for the classes are the best! I have tried multiple locations even for personal training and nothing like this location ! From the time you check in to the time you leave. This location isn't close to me but I do the travel ! I see my personal trainer here and attend spin classes here. It's a bit small but is always clean.
