Don't give your money to this place - you'll seriously NEVER GET IT BACK. I called back in September to try and cancel my membership - I was charged for September anyway. I was then told don't worry we'll charge you less in October - I was charged anyway. I was then told I'm sorry about your troubles, we'll put your month on a 6 month freeze....I've been charged for November and December. I'm basically owed $200 and Crunch won't 1) pay for it and 2) stop charging me. Never been so frustrated with a company in my life.
I am really excited about my membership here! Looking forward to getting that 6-pack I've been wanting! =) Looking forward to checking out some of the other locations too!
No more magazines available?! On top of already always being out of sanitary wipes to clean off the equipment. How did you get away w/ recently raising my membership price? #crunchfail #cheap
