They recently closed my home club which I signed up for and moved my membership to other club without my consent. The other clubs are very far, so I asked for refund of $1332 which is stuck due to permanent club closure. Instead of refund, I was charged for one more month $99. There were no replies on emails/calls for 3 weeks. After that, they replied with one line only that those are charges for cancellation. RecommendedTrust me, you can't beat these guys in incompetence. I cancelled my subscription in January 2019. Despite repeated reminders they kept charging me. I even visited the gym and got the person on desk to send and email(to someone blah blah blah) but well NOTHING!!! When these guys tell you no contract while you register - ofcourse no contract because cancellation or not these vampires are going to rip your bank account off every month. Bloody thieves!
Super nice staff and plenty of equipment for a city location!
welp here's a long one! I got into an accident in April that left me in the hospital for nearly a month and a wheelchair for 4 months after that...I (obviously) needed to end my membership and was under the impression that it was canceled! cut to last month, I still can't work out, I get an email about my past due balance...after going back and forth with the operations manager, she says that it was only a 6 month freeze and she can't extend it or cancel until I pay my balance. Well, they used to allow in people over 50.
The membership team does not respect people and are all about the sale. After many requests to not be contacted they keep reaching out.... and this was after I told him live I was visiting and would not join. Do not give them, especially Brian, your info!
Super convenient to my work, love the atmosphere and staff. Equipment is always clean and functional, and the classes always have room. I work with a trainer and have been very happy working with her (Lillie Hamilton). Would definitely recommend to FiDi folks looking for a nice gym!
