Excellent and friendly workers and gym members.
I’ve been a member of Crunch Norwood since March of 2017. I’ve always enjoyed independent workouts, and doing my own thang. In January, I started up one on one sessions with a personal trainer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Khalid Haynes was my PT, and he not only made my workouts so much more enjoyable.. he pushed me to my limits, and left me with more knowledge about fitness.
