Great group workouts, great trainers and machines are dope!!! No Judgments.
This gym has about everything you need to get a good workout. The weights are well-organized and the machines are well kept. The grips on most of the bars and dumbbells are pretty worn down through use over the years, I assume. Overall, the staff is decent at best, but the shining employee at Crunch Norwood is Stephanie Ramos! She genuinely cares about her job and the customers that frequent this location.
