I work as a personal trainer at the Crunch Fitness in Abilene. I've been apart of a lot of gyms but Crunch is the best so far! Not only do they offer multiple classes throughout the day so times are convenient for everyone but they have a great VARIETY of classes! Nothing compares to their HIIT zone either, with all the equipment there, no excuse to not come in and have a full total body high calorie burn workout in less than 30 minutes! I love and recommend Addison Crunch. The equipments are in great condition and you have more than what you need. Very friendly atmosphere and the staff is awesome. Cody(Sales Manager) is also very nice and helpful
