I love working out at crunch fitness best place to be on your day off.
I recently left my previous gym because they were charging way too much. A friend recommended crunch to me because it is $10 a month. Crunch is fairly new which also means it is not as crowded yet. This is a no frills gym with no judgments. I tried the guest pass for a week and took plenty of classes. I was really impressed with all the different classes as well as the great instructors. Best Gym in DFW. Classes are super cool and different..love the fact that it has boxing bags to hit, ropes, kettlebelts and monkey bars. It's a fun gym.

So glad I got a flyer in the mail about this gym! Not a huge gym person, but I am going 3-5 times a week now. Awesome classes and extremely nice people who take pride in making everyone feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
