We are cruising in two days and i may be having the same experience as Ron Boldt has mentioned in a previous review. We have also received a confirmation email with purchase funds received..We have changed rooms and i have been repeatedly trying to call for the past 8 days to inform of room change but no one is answering the calls only the answering machine and no mail box to leave messages. I have emailed them two times with no reply back. I hope i am wrong but we will see what shows up on Saturday, if anything ??
DO NOT rent from this company for cruise line wear. Ordered two tuxedos in Oct. 2019 for a sailing on Disney Fantasy out of Port Canaveral on November 9th, 2019. Received order confirmation numbers of order received and credit card billed. No tuxedos were delivered to our stateroom. Guest Services on the cruise ship also checked for our tuxedos. Ordered a tux for my wedding on a Carnival ship. First bump was when my room was upgraded, I couldn't get Cruiseline Formalwear to change where the Tux was to be delivered two weeks before the cruise. It wasn't the end of the world, as another guest in our party had the room I vacated, but seemed rather unreasonable with so much notice to be unable to make that change.
