Lindsay did a fantastic job on my highlighted pixie. She was not only great with her color and cutting she also knew I was on a time crunch and accommodated without compromising quality. Great atmosphere and quality service. So happy I stumbled upon this salon.

My time was wasted. I felt ridiculed for not knowing the name for what I wanted done.

Hi sierra. I told you I was sorry for wasting your time, but when you called you asked for all over color and when you came in you asked for all over bleach and toner. Those are two very different services. I'm sorry you didn't know that, but you were never ridiculed. I simply told you that those were two different things and you only gave me an hour to do the service. Even just a hair color alone takes an hour and a half. I hope you have better luck in the future! Thanks!!
