She is so cute, down to earth, honest with her opinions, and she made my time there flew by because of all the fun random conversations we would have. I am a relatively new client. This is my third time here, and Lindsay Allison, is my stylist. She always does a wonderful job!! Crucial Salon is in a nice area in Chico, the shop is kept clean and organized, and everyone is always very courteous and nice!!
Great experience I had a mess on my hands after I went to another salon to get a trim and layered. My hair was a total wreck ! Lindsay not only fixed the cut which I thought was impossible but also the color. Thank you so much Lindsay Now I don’t want cry every time I look in the mirror 💗

Lindsay had a cancellation when I showed up to get my eyebrows done and was able to squeeze me in and cut my hair. She is an amazing woman. She listen to the clients and gives her opinion of what would look good.
It was a wonderful experience!!! The girls here are very nice and they took very good care of me. I had my nails done by Kaytlyn as a recommendation and they came out wonderful! She was great to talk to as well and though I was confused and booked an incorrect nail appointment she told me it was no problem at all.
