Best customer service. Very honest and caring.
This is the first review I've ever made that's how this place is a joke. I took my truck in twice for a total of 8 hours to simply MOUNT A SLIP TANK AND RUN A HOSE FROM THE SLIP TANK TO THE GAS TANK if it sounds super easy it's because it is. It took me and buddy 30 minutes to do but with these guys they were completely stumped and couldn't even figure out how to put holes in the braces and run a bolt threw it. The main mechanic literally told me that I would need a fuel pump TO GRAVITY FEED DIESEL FROM A TANK 2 FEET HIGHER ... read more
I purchased A ready lift air system. And had CRP 4X4 install it. When they ran the airlines from the air compressor to the back bags, they ran the airline over the drive shaft. Without securing the airline which then caused the airline to rub on the drive shaft and rub a huge hole into the airline going to the air bags Their customer. Service sucks they told me that I would have to pay another hundred and fifty dollars to have it replaced In my mind, they're just trying to get more money out of me. I picked up a truck shell on a snowy cold weekend and called these guys for some clamps (that I was unprepared for picking up my shell from a private party). Not only did these guys have what I needed in stock, 4 of the employees came out in the cold to help me set my topper on my bed (they didn’t need to help do that but did). They didn’t ask for anything in return but I had to throw them a few bucks for the help.
