I had had a job that included packing, storing, moving, and installing artwork between two homes in NYC and Cape Cod. Crozier was a bad experience: They were unreliable when it came to keeping appointments. They did not finish an installation job in a tricky spot - I had to do it myself. They were exquisitely expensive, without delivering top-notch work. Most importantly, they damaged a piece severely without taking responsibility for it, and sent pesky emails instead. I will never work with them again.
