This is a top notch practice. Dr. Taylor is a trusted adviser. I feel this is more of a partnership than an traditional Dr./Patient relationship.
My crown fell off one morning. I called the dentist I usually see, and he was out of the office for two weeks. I called Crozet Family Dental and was greeted with the nicest receptionist. She was very accommodating, answering all my questions. I was given an appointment for the very next hour. Dr Taylor saw me promptly and I had my crown replaced in thirty minutes. Crozet is so lucky to have Crozet Family Dental! Thank you so much!

As usual, Dr. Willis was amazing.I had a horrible toothache all weekend and when I finally broke down and called the answering service, he called me right back and got me in first thing on Monday morning. I am a big chicken and was nervous about not getting a little nitrous, but he numbed me up and had that tooth out in no time. I didn't feel a thing.
