RecommendedI have always had a good experience when being treated at Crozer Chester. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in need.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The absolute worst hospital I've ever had to deal with. Terrible planning, terrible communication, complete lack of compassion or consideration for the patient and their family. At times the care has been horrendous (mother in law sat in bloody hospital gown for extended period on more than one occassion). Social Workers ill informed and generally left us in the dark and provided little to no help regarding aftercare. Again, STAY AWAY!!
What a disgrace! When the respiratory therapist runs the patient care show better than the docs & nurses in the ICU there’s a problem. These sorry excuses for nurses are rude, inept, lazy & lack compassion! Wouldn’t bring a dying dog here. Just glad we transferred my father out before any real harm was done & they even suck at transferring patients out. Please tell me how a transfer when the receiving doctor, bed & transport were already arranged for my father it still took 11 hours!?!? That’s a day of critical care delayed ... read more
I am shocked by the lack of respect, kindness and compassion that is given to patients mostly by the administrative and technicians staff at this hospital, outpatient services. What I went through this past week just to get one simple report forwarded to my Dr, is something no patient should have to take responsibility of, but I did if I wanted to know the results.
