HATE HATE HATE THIS HOSPITAL!!!! Have been in tne emergency room now for 3 hours....my google review i wrote was heat 2 and half hours. I understand they may be full or behind bit 3 hours?? I'm sitting here with severe kidney pain like their about to explode and still 3 hours in the waiting room!! This hospital is straight trash! Very friendly and professional staff. Went in with a minor heart attack and they were very supportive but not alarming. Got a stent implanted with no waiting and was out the next day.
Terrible. First of all you one day give me information then the next day you “can’t give me any info” get your act together and either follow the rules or don’t follow the rules. And oh yeah... when you hang a mess make sure it’s actually hooked up so the patient isn’t going into distress with a no of 300/180 with an already weak heart. I was a patient years and years ago and I as a patient will lay dying in the street before I agree to come here.
Get employees who care! This hospital is very dirty.
I am new to Crozer Keystone Health and was set up for a minor outpatient procedure at Crozer by my Urologist. From the pre-admission to the procedure itself the staff was amazing. I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. There wasn't even a hint of unleasantry, unprofessional behavior, or lack of procedural knowledge. A special shout out to the Perioperative team and the nurses and assistants who were all a blast and I would come here for any reason any time. Thanks for a job well done.
Very sincere services from all levels.
