My fiancé and i lived at CrownRidge for about a year and a half. First off, the complex is quiet for being just a few miles away from campus. Staff and maintenance personnel are extremely helpful and get to know you as a person and not just "that couple is 524." Being able to have a laundry unit inside each apartment was a major plus because the idea of a community laundry facility always freaked me out... I guess I watch to many horror films. I have lived at Crown ridge for 4.5 years. The management here is very understanding and can answer any questions I have. The grounds are beautiful and we'll maintained. I have never had any, problems here and would recommend the apartment complex to everyone. This is a great place to LIVE.
I lived here for nearly 2 years and I have nothing bad to say. The property was well maintained and the office ladies went above and beyond with any request.
Terrible experience - make sure you read your contract language and negotiate everything before even thinking about renting here. Management can be very "difficult" and God help you if there are any sort of issues with your pets, noise complaints, etc. Check all facts about this place first, talk to actual residents and hear what the majority of them have to say.
