buyer beware! after numerous calls even to corporate they would not refund 482.00 on a trip we couldn't take due to Covid19 travel restriction. I will be contacting BBB with a complaint.

RecommendedFrom start to finish, our stay at La Concha was outstanding. Zema and the rest of the staff were very helpful and attentive, and the facilities were first-class in every regard. Our room was updated, well maintained, and comfortable. The pool area is also very nice. The location is perfect, providing quick access to all the fun on Duval Street and Mallory Square. We will definitely stay again when we return to Key West.

Hotel review for holiday inn express and suites off caravan ct.... this is the right next to universal studios! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Spend your money on a universal resort I stayed in one of your suites this weekend. I split this cost with a friend of mine for us and our children to stay at for a fun weekend. We paid $160 plus the parking fee of $17 each! And this was just for Saturday night. I purchased voodoo donuts on Saturday night which were $20 . When we woke up the next day there were ants inside the donut box and ruine... read more
