RecommendedStayed there a few months ago and let me tell ya, it was absolutely a great stay. Everything about this Holiday Inn was great...the desk clerks, the room, the restaurant, breakfast, the pool and the hot tub. Special shout out to Marcus, the Shuttle Driver. Not only are his customer service skills amazing, he himself as a human being, is amazing. I cant wait to come back to the area so I can stay there again.

I called on 4/10/2020 to get a copy of my hotel receipt. Every time I tried to explain to Harlen what I was needing he would rudely interrupt me. Harlen repeatedly did this throughout the whole conversation. It got to the point where he got downright rude with me. He made assumptions that I was trying to get over on the hotel but that wasn’t the case I was just trying to get a copy of my receipt. RecommendedThis is our go to hotel when we come to Boise. Always the best customer service, nice rooms and the rates are awesome!
Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed that we had apparently reserved the room for the night prior by mistake. The manager refused to change the reservation, give us a discount towards that nights stay or help in any way. She was extremely rude and this was a very disappointing experience for us. We will no longer choose holiday inn when we travel.

This hotel need's a face lift, it look like it hasn't been updated since the early 90s. I paid $74 for the room on Hotwire.com and when I checked in, I was told I had to pay a $50 deposit. This hotel is totally not worth it.
