once we walk in the services was terrible ... took them 20 minutes to check us in .. the room were to small to be familiar room beds were not even queens just one towel when it should be more than one .. room was old and smelly .! Then they over charge my card like if i have staid for more than just one night .! and they said is not their problem and I still see them taking money out from my card .!! I’m afraid I won’t get my money back I have try to call to the manger and they said she/ he has no time to take my call NEVER ... read more
every thing about here is good
They can’t control the highway out front but with Olive Garden to the left and salt grass to the right it’s a convenient place to camp for the night and WALK to dinner in Houston 😀
Easy booking, easy access. Ample space of Parking. Over all 8/10.
Whole experience was terrible from time we checked in to the time we checked out. Elevators did not work and we were located on the fifth floor, TV's didn't work, credit card overcharged ($100 difference from reservations not including $50 hold), manger and new employee literally arguing in front of us about who needs to be answering the phone while checking us in. Hated it all!
Great location I loved the fact that it has a indoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are nice and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the morning breakfast was delicious
