Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff and offered complimentary Prosecco. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and our room was prepared a bit earlier than the promised 4 PM check-in time. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The hotel’s convenient location in the heart of Duvall Street made it easy to access restaurants and local attractions. The manager, Jenn, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was truly special, and we can’t wait to return.
Dima was amazing! Very accommodating during our arrival and departure.
