Bed was clean, older, non-renovated rooms, dark brown motif. Front desk staff friendly . The breakfast buffet did not have much selection. Great location. There is no housekeeping service every day. Had to request additional linen from front desk staff.
This location is decent but the staff there is the most unprofessional and rude and disrespectful and untrained staff I have ever met they are refusing to refund me even though they are the ones who refused to let me check into my reservation they was already paid for because they made a mistake in running my card multiple times and froze my funds and refused to let me check in because I didn’t have a card to put on file for incidentals, and have the audacity to not refund me my money, and then make lies and allegations abou... read more
My daughter had to change rooms three times because of a cockroach infestation. The only restaurant available was the breakfast buffet. I was so disappointed. That and the fact when i called to confirm her room the person that answered was rude and beligerant. Never again.
