Just wanted to say that Crown Woods and Crown Woods Village is a great place to call home. The office staff is amazing, and will always respond and contact you in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!
Lived here for 8 months so far. The management team is top tier! They go all out for their summer pool parties and made Christmas party feel special as well! Even having goody bags for the kids & lots of giveaways. The girls give their 100% and it shows. I enjoy visiting with them when I stop in there to pickup my packages. The maintenance team is swift to respond. The apartments are a bit older but it’s just a few minor cosmetics. I haven’t had any bug issues either. I submitted my ESA letter for my dachshund. Lived here for only a couple of months. Was told that I had to pay a pet fee regardless of the ESA letter. I was not able or allowed to pay my rent through the portal because the pet fee was not waved. If I wanted to pay a specific amount (for my rent) then it had to be done through a money order. Otherwise, I’d be forced to pay the pet fee.
