Good atmosphere, good office staff, good neighbors, and a good location, but the parking is terrible. If you don't arrive before 6 p.m., you won't be able to park near your apartment. This isn't unusual, nor does it happen only on certain days. It's always Monday to Monday. You can never find a place to park near your apartment if you arrive after 6 p.m. I like this place, but I'm so tired of it that I came here to leave my review.
This is a joke of a place to live. I should have realized when I was initially signing the lease, how unprofessional and all over the place they were. I 100% regret my decision of choosing this apartment complex and now learning it’s gonna cost me over $4000 to break my lease unfortunately I’m stuck here with a 10 month lease that I signed for a 11 month lease but somehow only got a 10 month lease and they can’t explain to me why that is if you’re looking for an apartment complex choose anywhere but here this place is terrib... read more
Office staff was just ok, like the leasing agent was just doing her job. Not much chit-chat, and the 1 bedroom apartments are small with odd shapes, but I was just looking at apartments.
I received a Final Balance request from Crown Woods after moving out. This included $591.32 for carpet replacement. When I asked for additional information regarding the carpet replacement I was provided two documents. One document was from Rasa floors. It showed the carpet had a Product Life Cycle of 60 months, was 17 months old when I moved in, and had a prorated cost per month of 43 months @ $13.75/month.
